Notary Service

CLIENTS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR TRAVEL FEE AND NOTARY SERVICE FEES BY ZELLE before Notary Public  comes out to your appointment. All travel fee are non refundable. Please make sure the person is there at the appointment  time with a Valid ID,  the documents should have no fill in  space and the person or persons getting the Notary service  for each Acknowledgement or Jurats or Oaths & Affirmations are present at the time. Notary Public will wait no more than 20 minutes to make contact with you for the appointment by text and phone call. 

• Queens area travel fee:                $60
• Brooklyn area travel fee               $80
• Manhattan area travel fee:          $100
• Long Island area travel fee:         $100
• Upstate NY area Travel fee:        $300

At the appointment Mobile Notary will also collect  the following service fee with the above travel price:

• Acknowledgments - $2.00 each plus $2.00 for each sworn witness Certified Copies - Not allowed 
• Notary act Jurats - $2.00 each signature  
• Oaths & Affirmations - $2.00 each  signature  
• Proofs - $2.00 + $2.00 for each person sworn 
• witness  Protests - 75 cents plus 10 cents for each notice.  
• Safe Deposit - Openings There is no set fee
• After hours, Weekend and Holidays fee are expected to be higher rates.
